Login to your 3Shape Communicate
Go to CONNECTIONS > ADD CONNECTIONS
Type in this email address for their 3Shape Communicate account: scan@orthoapnea.com.
Wait for them to accept your request (usually within 24 hours – you are welcome to contact them to expedite the process)
Afterwards update your TRIOS with the following:
Go to SETTINGS > Choose“LAB CONNECTIONS” > Press “UPDATE”
