We are pleased to invite you to the OrthoApnea International Annual Meeting, an exclusive event that will bring together leaders and experts in Dental Sleep Medicine.
During an intensive day, we will explore in depth the scientific knowledge and clinical application of our product portfolio, highlighting the OrthoApnea NOA, our most innovative device for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, bruxism and snoring.
The goal of this event is not only to provide advanced training but also to create a space for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices among professionals in the field. Guidelines
- Each participant may submit only one clinical case.
- The topic must be directly related to Dental Sleep Medicine.
- The submission deadline is January 23, 2026.
- The four best cases will be awarded a free OrthoApnea NOA device and will be presented at the International Meeting in a 10-minute oral presentation, followed by 5 minutes of questions, on February 21, 2026.
- Among them, the best clinical case will receive an additional special prize.
Clinical cases must be submitted in PowerPoint format (16:9), following the official template and addressing the following sections:
- Chief complaint
- Medical and dental history
- Anthropometric data and physical examination
- Intraoral examination
- Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS)
- Baseline polygraphy or polysomnography (PSG)
- Mandibular range of motion and OrthoApnea NOA design
- Device delivery and titration visits
- Patient’s perceptions and experience
- Final polygraphy or PSG
- Conclusions and clinical contributions
- Be clear and concise: avoid slides overloaded with text.
- Include graphic material (clinical images, polygraphy/PSG records, photos of the device, etc.).
- Highlight the originality and clinical value of your case.
- Strictly respect the presentation time (10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A).
Top 4 cases:
- One free OrthoApnea NOA device.
- Opportunity for an oral presentation at the International Meeting (February 21, 2026).
Best clinical case:
- An additional special prize, in addition to the device and presentation.
