1 Request Certified Clinic

Please fill in the form with your details so that we can provide you with the nearest OrthoApnea Certified Clinic.

2 Make an appointment

Once you have received our email, you will need to contact one of the Certified Clinics provided for an initial consultation.

3 Evaluation

A medical team composed of a dentist and a medical specialist will provide you with information on the clinical protocol to be followed, and will conduct an evaluation to analyze your case.

4 Treatment plan

If you are suitable for MAD treatment, the medical team will arrange and order a custom-made device for you.

A prior diagnosis is required for the prescription of MAD.
